How do I book?
Tap Book Now, choose a service, pick a date with available times, enter your name, Kuwait mobile number and home address, then send your request. No account is needed.
Is my booking confirmed straight away?
Your time is held while our team reviews the request. You'll see the status change to Confirmed on your booking. In the app you can also turn on notifications.
What times are shown?
All times are Kuwait time (UTC+3). Only times when our team can reach you are offered.
Managing a booking
Where do I find my booking?
In the app, open My Bookings. On the website, keep the private link shown after booking — it opens only that booking. You can also add a website link to the app with the link button in My Bookings.
How do I change the time or cancel?
Open your booking. Cancel booking cancels it straight away if it isn't confirmed yet or your visit is more than 24 hours away. Within 24 hours of a confirmed visit, the button becomes Request cancellation and the team reviews it. A time change is always reviewed, and your original time stays reserved until the team approves it.
I lost my private link.
For your privacy, a phone number alone cannot open bookings. Contact us; after confirming it is you, the team can issue a new private link.
The page said my request needs recovery.
This appears if the connection dropped while sending. Use Check & safely retry — it never creates a second booking.
Prices and loyalty
Prices are shown in Kuwaiti dinars before you book. Some hair services depend on length and density; the team confirms the final price. Every sixth completed eligible visit is free, as described in the booking terms.
